Due to the ongoing fire hazards near the Somersby Orchard, and from the advice of the RFS at the mountain community meeting;
the safest option for this years concert is to relocate it to the school, to avoid potential dangers (spot fires and smoke pollution.)

We understand that this is disappointing as all of us hold out for the end of year concert in the orchard.
We have been diligent in preparing the orchard for the event of fires, though the RFS has stated that the area will still remain under threat for the coming weeks.

The Concert will still be held over the same weekend.
The accommodate the numbers in a smaller venue, we will be splitting the concerts.

Each concert will be limited to a maximum of 25 performances.

The good news, is that with the lowered associated costs of running the concert here at the school;
tickets will be reduced to $10 per person and performers free.
Room capacity is 70 people, so we will need the rsvp of guests as soon as possible.
