Enroling at Stratford Music
When you enrol at Stratford Music you’ll receive a student folder
specific to your instrument with exercises, practice tips, tutor notes and term information included.
We follow the NSW school term dates (see dates here) and offer extra holiday lessons during the breaks.
We’ll also often have gigs, events or workshops available to join too.
You can enrol at any time during the school term, and from there we reserve your regular timeslot and tutor
until your musical journey finishes. Our lesson cancellation policy is 48hrs notice, where we can then
schedule makeup lessons or lesson credits.

Payment Options
Term Payment:
Term payment is required in full apon enrolment. If you enrol halfway through a term,
you’re invoiced for whatever amount of lessons are left in that term.
For term payment we can accept: Cash, Cheques made out to Stratford Music, Debit Cards with chips, Credit Cards or
transfer via bank deposit.
Direct Debit:
We’re able to set up weekly direct debits from either a card or bank account.
During the holidays all payments are stopped.
Payments can also be stopped if we receive 48hrs notice for a cancelled lesson.

Cancellations
Like we said, there’s a 48hr Cancellation Policy if you need to miss a lesson.
This is because tutors and rooms are booked in advance to ensure you can have a seamless schedule,
and that your lessons are well prepared for. With 48hrs notice we can sort out a makeup lesson for you,
or stop a Direct Debit payment, or apply a credit to your account.
Any promotional codes or offer that are extended to new student require a minimum enrolment period of at least 1 term. (term range from 9 – 11 weeks depending on time of year)
